Chicken Stroganoff

6 Chicken breast halves without skin -- (4 oz. Each)
1 can Cream of chicken soup -- reduced fat
6 oz. Fat free sour cream
1 Envelope Onion soup mix
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
Combine Soup, Sour Cream and Onion soup mix. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
Serve over Rice or Noodles for additional points.
Teriyaki Chicken (Crock Pot)

4-6 CHICKEN pieces (Boneless, skinless)
2 TBS WATER
1/4 cup SOY SAUCE
1/2 tsp GINGER
2 TBS ONION, minced
2 cloves GARLIC, minced or pressed
2 tsp. BROWN SUGAR
1/2 ONION, sliced
1/2 cup BELL PEPPER, sliced
Place Chicken in Crock Pot.
Mix remaining ingredient and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
Crockpot Lemon Chicken

1 can CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1/4 cup LEMON JUICE
1 TBS. Chopped fresh PARSELY (optional)
4-6 CHICKEN BREASTS, boneless, skinless
Place SOUP, LEMON JUICE, PARSELY and CHICKEN in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 –8 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
Very easy and tasty!
Sweet 'N Sour Chicken

3 Pounds Chicken breast, boneless, skinless - cut
into bite size pieces
3/4 Cup Apricot Spreadable Fruit
1 Bottle Catalina Dressing -- Kraft Free (8 oz.)
1 Package Onion soup mix
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together and place into crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice for additional points.
